V9 was a newly constructed, luxury, nine-unit apartment building in Van Nuys, CA. Eight of the nine luxury units offer townhouse style floor plans with 3 & 4 bedrooms and between 2.5 and 3.5 baths and one 1 bedroom, 1 bath. All the units were outfitted with modern fashionable finishes to attract tenants with upscale needs including a high-tech visual security system, built-in speakers and cable ready. Fully gated and secure subterranean parking garage services tenants with car and bicycle parking. The garage space was also wired for a future electric car charging station.
