NoHo 37

NoHo was an assemblage of five contiguous lots in North Hollywood CA, on Victory Blvd/ East of Tujunga, acquired to build 37 Small Lot Homes under the SLO Ordinance. We helped with the acquisition process of this development and were present during the entire building process. Putting together 5 properties, in a row, all with individual owners, was no easy task, it took time and finesse.
