Oxford 11

Oxford 11 was a two side by side lot acquisition totaling over 17,000 square feet of land in East Hollywood CA. The developer constructed 11 luxury, three level townhouse style units, all with rooftop decks and balconies. No expense was spared with the interior finishes. We aided with the acquisition and were involved with the developer during construction on this project.
