Ed specializes in transactions involving multi-residential properties including sales and purchases, development opportunities, 1031 Exchanges, reverse exchanges, and trustee sales and purchases.

Ed has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Ed began his career in the single family market and quickly worked his way up to larger and more complex transactions. Soon, he was managing one of the San Fernando Valley's largest real estate offices, and in turn has trained many of the agents working today at offices across the valley. In 1997 Ed opened his own Real Estate company, Koenig Properties, and began focusing exclusively on multi-residential transactions. Koenig Properties now boasts 2 locations, the original in Valley Village and a new satellite office in San Fernando. Ed also owns Exclusive Escrow, Inc., which is located in the City of San Fernando and specializes in Multi-Residential and Commercial transactions.

Ed has been a specialist in the areas of Real Estate sales, marketing, and property analysis for over 20 years. He is a skilled negotiator, and understands the complexities of not only Real Estate transactions, but also the Real Estate and economic markets. This complete understanding of the market allows him to accurately forecast potential income, and has helped him to successfully negotiate development opportunities throughout the area.

Ed is a licensed Realtor® in the state of California. He is also a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the California Association of Realtors. Ed also participates in the Multiple Listing Service and its Alliance with other area listing services. Additionally, Ed is a member of the City of San Fernando Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Chamber's Board of Directors.
