Experience
Gina has been in Real Estate industry for over 25 years. Gina began her career in sales of single family properties and over the years has gained vast experience in all aspects of Real Estate, such as escrows, property management, leasing, appraisal & financing. In 1997 Gina opened her own Real Estate company, Koenig Properties with her business partner, Ed Koenig and began focusing exclusively on multi-residential & commercial transactions. Gina has established herself as a true professional with vast knowledge & experience in Real Estate and prides herself with providing the highest level of service to all her clients.

Gina has been a specialist in the areas of Real Estate sales, marketing, and property analysis for over 25 years. She is a skilled negotiator, and understands the complexities of not only Real Estate transactions, but also the Real Estate and Economic markets. She is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Office of Real Estate Appraisers (OREA), & SoCal MLS. Additionally she is very active at her local Board of Realtors her current positions include: SRAR Board of Director, Director Liaison for Young Real Estate Pros, Member of Governmental Affairs Committee. She is excited also to be serving on CAR Board of Directors for 2011-2012.
