About Ed Koenig

In today’s Real Estate market, there is simply no substitute for experience. Ed Koenig has been using his skills as an adept negotiator and savvy market and property analyst to help his clients achieve their goals since 1982. You name it, Ed has done it. His extensive client list includes thousands of loyal clients who turn to Ed for his accurate forecasts, his eye for development opportunities, his personal attention to their needs, and his track record of successful sales. While his current sales volume is surpassing the $500 million mark, Ed is as dedicated to his first-time investors as his large portfolio holders. His boutique firm structure gives him the flexibility to work for the wide-ranging goals of his diverse clients from affordable housing deals to multi-residential properties, from vacant land to trustee sales, from development plans to income producing single family homes. Even complex transactions such as 1031 exchanges, reverse exchanges, or brokering foreclosed assets are taken in stride.

Ed knows Los Angeles. He began his career here and quickly worked his way up to manage one of the San Fernando Valley’s largest Real Estate offices. In fact, Ed personally trained many of the agents at work today at offices across the Valley. In 1997, Ed started his own company, Koenig Properties, and began focusing on multi-residential transactions representing clients in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles Area.
